About Me:
I entered the social work field in 2008, at a nonprofit where I was immediately immersed in high-stakes crisis work. Lacking formal mentorship and adequate resources, I succumbed to chronic stress within six months. I was struggling with sleep, irritability, and a total loss of work-life balance. The turning point came when I connected with an experienced clinical supervisor. Their mentorship provided the strategic framework I needed to manage my caseload and regain an objective perspective on my clinical work. I credit quality consultation as the primary reason I have been able to sustain a long-term career in this field. Today, my mission is to provide that same vital support, nurturing the next generation of clinical leaders and practitioners in the helping professions.
